Who is Citrus Tickets?
We have a relationship with Ticket Network, a nationwide ticket vendor, which enables us to sell their ticket inventory to the general public. We specialize in event tickets in Southern Californian cities. We often have a variety of tickets including; cheap tickets, hard-to-find tickets for sold out shows and premium tickets. All of our tickets come from individual ticket sellers who have listed their tickets on a ticket exchange. Therefore, we don’t actually have the tickets in our possession; we are only listing them on our site. Read more about Citrus Tickets…

Why buy from Citrus Tickets?
We are a local company, based in Irvine, and we are loyal to the residents of Southern California. We believe in customer commitment and will do whatever we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Besides buying local helps support the local economy. As we grow, the benefits are returned to the community.

How do you have tickets that are not yet available for public sale?
We get all of our inventory from Ticket Network. Sometimes Ticket Network is able to acquire pre-sale or premium tickets. In cases like these we may have certain tickets available before they are officially available to the public.

I don’t see the seat numbers listed – can you tell me what they are?
If the seat numbers aren’t listed, it means the ticket seller has not provided them. Unfortunately, if the seat numbers are not listed, there is no way for us to find out what they are.

The ticket listing says the tickets “can be emailed” – do I have to pay the shipping fee?

Usually, if the tickets can be emailed, the ticket seller will refund the shipping charge, this is not always the case, but usually it is refunded. The shipping charge is automatically programmed into the check-out, however, so you will have to pay it up front and then have it refunded when the tickets are emailed.

Can I buy tickets to an event happening today?(Last Minute)
Yes, If the event you want to attend is happening on the same day you purchase them, the system will denote “near-term special delivery” at checkout. This means that you will get your tickets some other way. Usually, after you place the order, the ticket supplier will contact you and determine the best way to get you your tickets (email, pick up at the event or courier).

I can’t find the event I am looking for, how can I get tickets?
We have access to tickets for thousands of events in Southern California, so if you don’t see what you are looking for, please use the search in the top right corner. If this does not help, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept any of the four major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). We do not accept checks.

I don’t feel safe ordering my tickets online. Can I order by phone?
At this time, we only accept orders online. In fact, it’s actually safer to order online – we don’t keep any of your personal information and it becomes encrypted when you purchase the tickets.

Are the ticket prices negotiable?
Unfortunately, no. Because all our tickets are actually from individual sellers, they’re the ones who set the prices and thus, we do not have the authority to change them.

The event I want to purchase tickets for is coming up soon. Will I get my tickets in time?
Yes, our shipping options are designed so that you will receive your tickets before the event. In some cases, you may have to pay for express shipping.

How do I track my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a receipt after your credit card has been charged. Your receipt will include details on how to track your order and thus, you should print it for your records. The receipt will also give you the information about the individual ticket broker who has sold you the tickets.

I don’t want my tickets, how do I refund them?
Normally there are no refunds once you have purchased the tickets. However, you can try and negotiate with the seller who sold you the tickets (you are given their contact information after you purchase the tickets). If you cannot get in contact with the seller, you can call Ticket Network directly at 866-459-9233. Because we aren’t actually selling the tickets, Citrus Tickets does not have the authority to grant refunds.
